My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The location was perfect, surrounded by some fantastic restaurants, and right in the centre of the cultural district of Birmingham. The rooms were cozy with a wonderful fireplace, though I missed having a microwave or refrigerator in the room. The service provided by Wendy, the manager, was exceptional, and the valet parking made things very convenient. However, the lack of certain facilities like a microwave or refrigerator was a bit of a drawback. The dining experience with delicious Danish pastries was a delightful treat, plus the included dining option saved me some extra expenses. The facilities were great, especially with the cozy fireplace in the room.
